Mini Pretzels

Brown sugar

Butter

Semi-sweet Chocolate chips

Almonds

🥨How to Make Chocolate Pretzel Toffee Bark

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F

  • Spray a jelly roll pan with non-stick spray, or line it with parchment paper. place broken pretzels on the pan.

  • In a saucepan over medium to low heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring frequently. Cook it until the brown sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is bubbling hot

  • Pour the mixture over the top of the pretzels.

  • Place in the oven and cook for 5 minutes, or more, until it is bubbling all over.

  • Remove from the oven and let it sit for one minute. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top and let them sit for a couple of minutes until they are shiny and melty. Then, spread them out evenly over the top of the toffee/pretzel.

  •  Sprinkle with the chopped almonds and lightly sprinkle sea salt (optional). Cool to room temperature, and then place the pan in the refrigerator to harden for at least 1 hour.

  •   Once it has hardened completely, remove it from the pan and cut it into triangles.

  •  Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
