- Large Eggs - room temp eggs create a smooth, uniformly textured batter
- Oil - Vegetable oil or canola oil are the best choices for this recipe
- Sprinkles - rainbow, chocolate sprinkles, nonpareils, or your favorite sprinkles

- Preheat oven
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats
- Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer.
- Add in sprinkles.
- Using a medium (1 &1/2- tablespoon) cookie scoop portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet 2- inches apart.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges. Allow cookies to cool if frosting.
